We collected an up-front, non-refundable deposit used to secure the appointment
The new client file was created and added directly into your existing scheduling software
Only once all of this has taken place, is it added directly into the schedule with the assigned provider. The only thing left for you to do is ensure you (or your provider) is there for the appointment to get the client on your treatment plans!
